A beautiful day for an hour drive to a quilt store near the shore. Saw this fun surf/parrothead fat quarter stack. My oldest daughter is a Jimmy Buffet fan. This fabric is so "her". Now to decide what to make. Probably placemats.So now for the real reason for my trip to the quilt store....My other daughter would like me to make a comforter for my grandson. I bought samples of 2 fat quarters to see if she likes them. I think they are neat. Thought I'd do car print on the top with wheels print as the border . Fleece for the back. Simple & cozy.

I have seen these fabrics, lucky daughter and grandson! The cars with tires border is going to be great. Putting fleece on the back with no batting between makes it "cozy wozy"!
Cute fabrics Barb. We had a Santa shop hop this weekend and I wasn't going to go but got dragged into it. lol I haven't been on the computer much but will post pics one day.
