a closer look at "the Country Husband" block

Here's a peak at a portion of the back of this block & a closer picture of a portion on the front.

My friend, Pinelands Barb, suggested I add this post showing more detail on the previous post"the Country Husband". The 10" block has 16 smaller blocks in it . Each smaller block has 8 pieces in it. A total of 128 pieces.

Great pictures, Barb, with super sized detail! Now everyone can see just how much you went through with this block. I saw it in person and it took my breath away when I flipped it over and saw all 128 of those tiny pieces. It's an achievement at only 10 inches!

It looks very pretty. I wish I had enough patience for projects like that!

Maybe this winter I can give it a try.

YIKES...that is a DIFFICULT block!!! You did a super-good job with it. I was impressed before but now I am stunned!!! (Good idea Barb had to do those close-ups for us.)
