I was browsing through my Kodak pictures gallery on the computer today and found these pictures of the quilt I displayed on my porch. As I look at these 3 pictures, it brings a smile to my face ,as I think fun times with friends & fabrics.
In the first picture you can see one of the ways the 2 quilts are different. The inner border on one is the blue, the other is beige. It's amazing how a subtle little thing like that can change the look. According to the pattern, the right way is the beige border. Mine is the blue one..oops! If you didn't see the 2 together , who would know.
Since the sewing of this quilt, I also have made a spare room into my sewing room. So we no longer sit around my kitchen table. I'll post a picture of my sewing room another time. Have a great day!

Wow, they are different-looking quilts! I had to double check to believe the only difference is the border color. In spite of pattern instructions, I really like it in blue.
